Financials

Attention Presidents,

As we’ve officially started the season, it's crucial to ensure all referee fees are paid promptly. Please make sure your associations submit their fees to Millie Kimmons and me as soon as possible. Timely payment is essential to cover both your referee and team fees.

Let’s keep things running smoothly—thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Football

This week’s focus in football is on:

• Please have ID's on a ring in MPR (numerical order)

• Face off 45 minutes before official game start or half time of the previous game which ever is the latter (please make every effort to certify players as long as it does not adversely affect your teams prep).  Players who are late may join at half time but need to meet all MPR requirements.

• 8U/9U NO COACHES ON THE FIELD

• 10U/11U FULL FOOTBALL INCLUDING KICKOFFS

• Do not intimidate Jr Refs, they are our future so please be respectful of them as you should all the Refs

• Make sure home site reports scores

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR RULE BOOKS AND LEVEL SPECIFIC RULES PRINTED OUT AT THE FIELD COACHES!!!!

Operations/IT

In operations, we’ve made strides in updating the website to include the 2024 standings. Below are important reminders for Week 1 fall 2024. 

Important Reminders:

• Photo Submissions: Presidents or their association photographers (not random parents) should submit photos using the link on the admin info page of the website (under score submissions). We’d love to highlight your kids on our social media, but we need your submissions and content to do that.

• Score Reporting: Presidents or their designee (not every level's head coach or team parent) need to use the Score Reporting link provided on the website to submit scores (no texts, emails, or phone calls). We will not chase you down for scores, and the standings will not be updated without completed Score Reports filled out for each game (including 6U games...score should be 0-0).

• Ref Feedback: We need Ref Feedback (good or bad) and it needs to include names if we are to take action. Please get to know the refs.

Certification

Certification updates include:

Please review your rosters for any drops. If you need to remove a player or coach, please do so. For roster adds, use the following link: Roster Adds. The Google Doc will close 2 days before the actual date to allow time to get everything in the rosters and print IDs. Late add locations:

1. Late Add #1: 9/4 at Leyden Park Dist, 44 Golfview Dr., Northlake, IL from 5 PM to 7 PM

2. Late Add #2: 9/5 at Mokena Park Dist, 10925 W. LaPorte Rd., Mokena, IL (South towards the end of the parking lot) from 5 PM to 7 PM 

Scholastics

In preparation for the Oct 7th roster shutdown, we are hosting additional late adds events.  Information will be sent to the Presidents on the dates, times and locations, but both players and coaches must attend in person at this point in order to be added to a roster before the Oct 7th deadline.  Attending one of these two events is the ONLY way to get added to rosters after initial certification and for the participant to be eligible to play for the rest of this regular season and the post-season.

Effective Sunday October 7th the rosters are locked down preventing access at the league level.  Please make sure you have all of your teams created with players and administrators rostered prior to that deadline.  The teams must be approved and activated without violations at that point.
