Effective Sunday October 1st the rosters are locked down preventing access at the league level. Please make sure you have all of your teams created with players and administrators rostered prior to that deadline. The teams must be approved and activated without violations at that point.
To be clear on this, if you have any teams or players that are not in the system at the time the rosters lock, they will not be eligible for post-season. Please have your President reach out to their assigned liaison and commissioner for assistance BY Sept 23rd to ensure enough time to meet the request.
In preparation for the Oct 1st roster shutdown, we are hosting additional late adds events. Information will be sent to the Presidents on the dates, times and locations, but both players and coaches must attend in person at this point in order to be added to a roster before the Oct 1 deadline. Attending one of these two events is the ONLY way to get added to rosters after initial certification and for the participant to be eligible to play for the rest of this regular season and the post-season.
