Late Add 2025 Certification Requirements
Your player or coach MUST arrive 30 minutes BEFORE the end of the late add event to be processed at that event.
All DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE PHYSICAL COPIES
NO ELECTRONIC VERSIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED OR ACCEPTED
REMINDER: Players are only eligible after completing their 10 hours of conditioning practice AND 10 hours of additional practice (20 hours total).
Players Will Need:
- To be added to Sports Connect (with conforming photo) before arrival
- Conforming photo uploaded to Google Doc by NOON the day before late add event
- Birth Certificate
- Parent-Player Contract (front and back, signed by both)
- 2024 Medical Form (signed)
- Full year report card for 2024-2025 school year
- BOTH Home and Away Jerseys (FB only)
Football Coaches Will Need:
- To be added to Sports Connect (with conforming photo) before arrival
- Conforming photo uploaded to Google Doc by NOON the day before late add event
- Certs and pictures uploaded to Sports Connect
- 2025 USA Football Cert
- 2023, 2024 or 2025 Mid-America Cert
Spirit Coaches Will Need:
- To be added to Sports Connect (with conforming photo) before arrival
- Conforming photo uploaded to Google Doc by NOON the day before late add event
- Certs and pictures uploaded to Sports Connect
- 2025 YCADA Cert or 2024 YCADA & 102 Course Cert
